Wrap the measuring tape around your leg just above your kneecap where the top strap of the knee pad will sit. Don’t pull the tape too tightly or else it will give you a false measurement.

I have the double strap design, I have had them for like 2 or 3 years. I wear them to every floor class I take as well as open pole and they still offer the same padding as when I first got them. Totally crazy as how my other kneepads wore down soooo quickly and my only other option was to buy more padding from them, or make my own. I bought the Moane ones and problem solved.
